Mint Brownies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
For the brownies
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter
5 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
4 eggs slightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla
In small saucepan melt 2/3 cup of butter
Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla
Add melted Chocolate
Mix flour, baking powder and salt
Add flour mixture to the butter and chocolate mixture
Pour into a greased 9×13 pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes
For the filling
½ cup softened butter
3 oz. cream cheese
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp crème de menthe syrup
Green food coloring
Cream together butter and cream cheese
Add remainder of ingredients
Spread over cooled brownies
Frosting
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup butter
Blend together in a small saucepan
Put in a pastry bag with a small tip and spread over mint filling
